As I dive deeper into my art, my artistry, and my passion for dance, there’s been a deep pull in my heart to be open about my journey and how God is using what I only have for His glory to be shown through my work. For years I questioned my abilities because of the formal dance training I didn’t grow up having compared to my peers. Receiving my B.A in Journalism in 2016, I navigated dance training next to my career in news media, but not as my focus.

Years later, with the guidance and focus on God’s Spirit within me, I aim to merely be a vessel for how He plans to use Me through my art for others to see Him.

I pray the unraveling of my story, and this journey, can be a testimony to what God can do with all that you have when you trust and obey His steps.

“But He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” - Joshua 1:9
